I want to change my order that has already been placed.

       If you send us an order that has not yet undergone preparation and has not been handed over to the courier, any changes are possible via the contact form in the order history. We will inform you if we successfully processed your request via e-mail.
       You can also contact us with a request to change your order on the telephone number of the e-shop (+420 775 644 477) or in case of unavailability via e-mail to
       If you would like to make any changes in the order with delivery type "pick-up in our store", call the store directly (+420 777 379 977), please.
       If your order has been processed in the meantime, it has been assigned a tracking number and it was out for delivery already, editing is no longer possible.

When will my order be shipped and when will it be delivered to me?

       We do our best to send orders within one working day after their receipt, or after receiving payment when choosing payment in advance by bank transfer / payment gateway. This sending time is not guaranteed. Unless there are other unforeseen circumstances (damaged last piece in stock, public holidays,...), we manage to comply with this time in 97 % of orders. The delivery time then depends on the selected method. In the basket, the expected delivery time is always stated. It takes 1 - 2 working days for the Czech Republic, 1 - 3 working days for Slovakia, and 2 - 7 working days for other countries.
       If you have ordered goods for pre-order, we will contact our supplier after receiving your order. We will then contact you and inform you about the estimated delivery time, and we will settle the next steps. If there is a long waiting time for a given item, in that case, we can split the order for you - we send the goods that we have in stock immediately and pre-order items we will send after receiving them in stock.

When can I pick up my order at the store?

       Did you choose an option for pick-up your order in our store? We will try to prepare it as quickly as possible. In the case of orders received before 10 am, your order is ready by default on the day of its placement. If your order contains an item not in stock at the store, we try to stock the goods from our warehouse in the shortest possible time. In this case, your order is usually ready within 1 - 2 working days. The order can be picked up only after receiving an e-mail with a request to pick it up.

When will the goods be in stock again?

       If you are interested in goods that are not in stock, we are usually waiting for their production. Also, they can be in stock at the supplier or already on the way to us. In that case, at your request, we can check the estimated delivery time with our suppliers and manufacturers. It usually ranges from 2 days to several weeks. You can send us a request to check the situation and estimated delivery time directly from the product detail in the "Product inquiry" tab.

How much is the postage?

        Postage depends on the choice of courier as well as the weight of the shipment or the destination country where the parcel is to be sent. For more information, see the list in our section - Delivery.

Changing, returning goods or complaints.

       We try to deal with any dissatisfaction individually to your complete satisfaction. In the case of any problems or shortcomings, please contact us in advance via the contact form under the order in history, or by e-mail.
