Open Liners are revolutionary cartridges from Cheyenne offering new technical solutions. They differ from regular liners in that the individual cartridge needles do not converge conically to the tip, but run parallel along the entire length, just like with shaders. Compared to shading cartridges, however, Open Liners have an overall higher stiffness and even sharper needles. Thanks to this, they are much more manageable and you can achieve more precise lines with them.

In addition, Open Liners use different thicknesses and numbers of needles in each type. After long-term development and testing together with well-known tattoo artists, 5 best configurations (S, M, L, XL, XXL) were created. The Open Liner S is equipped with 0.30 mm needles, the Open Liner M uses 0.35 mm needles, while the Open Liner L - XXL variants have 0.40 mm diameter needles. This technical solution is typical for Open Liners and revolutionary in the offer of all cartridges available on the market.

Cartridges are great for creating thicker lines and are therefore ideal for traditional, neo-traditional and Japanese tattoo styles. Needles are made from high quality steel in a Lexan medical material, and are sterilized and individually wrapped. All Cheyenne Safety Cartridges feature a patented membrane that prevents blood and tattoo ink from entering the tattoo machine and the associated cross-contamination.
